man it's been a while, nearly two months infact.

quite a lot has happened since then.

had essays and exams to do,
which all went alright...
...not that i actually worked as hard as i should have.
but since when did that bother me?
oh, and i was automatically assigned my dissertation topic,
because i failed to contact the Uni and tell them what i wanted to do.
i can change it next semster though, so it's no big problem.

people have been leaving uni,
some to go home for summer,
others have left for good.
of those that have left for good,
i knew but a few...
...of the few i knew,
two girls gave me their rats.
so i'm now the proud owner of two rats...
...Sebastian and Rudy.
they're old, so i've been told to expect them to die within the year...
...how lovely...

hmmm, those two sentences were the same length.
but that one wasn't.

i had a passing thought some time recently...
...it was about the inefficiency of the English language.
basically... how stupid is it to make you look further across a word in order to know how to pronounce certain sounds earlier on in the word...
...then you have to go back over the later letters and pronounce them too.
i'm thinking about things such as the magic 'e' thing,
and anything else that has similar effects.

bleh.

so, like, when i get some cash together i can continue changing my wardrobe.
it's worked well so far... got some twisted levi's,
a retro adidas t-shirt, a cool casual shirt thing...
...i dunno.
they work in nightclubs, that's about all i know so far :P

dunno if you know, but my mate joey knows adam from taking back sunday, and he got tickets for the tour they were on and backstage passes and got to meet blink182 as well. he also got to see what a real tour bus looks like.

also - how old is the male? I'm guessing Sebastian is a male from the name. Has he been spayed at all do you know? I ask cause i'm pondering whether to mate a female rat of mine - i doubt I will as I will be moving out soon but it's just a idea I wanna have a go at - mating rats - sounds like fun doesn't it? The geeky thing about it is - I wanna do it to predict the resulting offspring through gene linkage and whatnot. Also I'm trying to build an army of rats to invade france.
